Projects

Work we have done

Photographs of real jobs, taken on site by the crew that did the work. We do not use stock photography, and we will never show you a project we cannot talk you through.

Project photographs coming soon. We are photographing completed jobs now and adding them here as they are finished.

Everything on this page is ready to go — filters, gallery and before/after slider all switch on automatically the moment the first project is published. If you have a job you would like quoted in the meantime, we would be glad to look at it.

Example scenarios

Typical scenarios, not past jobs

These are example scenarios based on how we typically work. They are not descriptions of specific past jobs. Rather than show you stock photographs dressed up as somebody else's work, here is what each type of project actually involves — the problems that come up, and how we handle them. If you have a similar site, we will be able to tell you quickly whether it is straightforward or not.

  • Warehouse repaint over a shutdown

The job: a full interior and exterior repaint of a distribution warehouse, with racking still loaded.

The problem: one shutdown window, no room to fail.

What we do: work one bay section at a time, grinding and coating the floor in sequence so the building stays partly usable, and complete the walls in the same pass.

  • Epoxy floor on a live slab

The job: replace a tired painted floor with an industrial epoxy system under live forklift traffic.

The problem: preparation, not coating, decides how long the floor lasts.

What we do: diamond grind to open the concrete, repair cracks and spalls, moisture-test, then prime and coat — phasing by aisle so you keep operating.

  • Factory exterior with tilt-up panels

The job: reseal and recoat a tilt-up elevation that has weathered unevenly across several previous campaigns.

The problem: different colours and systems on different elevations, plus failed joint sealant letting water in.

What we do: open and reseal the panel joints, treat rust staining from fixings, and apply a single consistent system across the whole elevation.

  • Line marking on a new warehouse fit-out

The job: full warehouse layout and line marking alongside a new epoxy floor.

The problem: lines taped over a coating peel and lift within months.

What we do: mark into the coating during application, so the lines wear at the same rate as the floor around them.

  • Office fit-off inside a trading building

The job: repaint office floors and amenities in a building that stays occupied throughout.

The problem: nobody can stop working, and noise is the binding constraint.

What we do: one team per zone, low-VOC coatings, containment on the work face, and evenings where the noise needs to be gone.

  • Water ingress found during a repaint

The job: routine repaint that turns up failed membrane and water-damaged substrate behind the cladding.

The problem: the contract was for painting. The wall behind it is wet.

What we do: stop, show you what we found, price the remediation separately, and let you decide what happens next. We do not quietly paint over it.
